Tenders/Quotations for procurement of stores

Terms and conditions:

  1. Offer should be sent to the Director, NRLC, Sector E/3, Aliganj, Lucknow-226 024 in sealed cover superscribed with Tender/Quotation for (write the name of item). Due date of opening . Covers not so superscribed are liable to be ignored.

  2. Tenders/Quotations should reach with in 30 days of publication of the advertisement or the last date mentioned on the website whichever is later. Quotations should be valid at least for 90 days from the date of opening of tender

  3. The installation of the equipment/items purchased will be the responsibility of the firm.

  4. Rectification of any defects noticed within a period of one year from the date of supply shall be the responsibility of the firms at their cost.

  5. No advance payment will be made for the purchase.

  6. Director, NRLC reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.

  7. Director, NRLC also reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of supply beyond the period of delivery or on account of poor quality.

  8. In case of import, any demurrage/theft etc. during transit will be borne by the supplier. In case of non-supply of material within stipulated period, the entire expenditure on bank charges, etc. will be recovered from the firm or their Indian representatives.

  9. In case of any discrepancy/dispute, the decision of Director, NRLC shall be final and binding on both the parties.
