In pursuance of section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act,2005 it has been decided that Dr.B.S.Rao, Junior Scientific Officer will look after to work of Central Public Information Officer with regards to the Right to Information Act 2005, in so far as this laboratory is concerned. |
Dr. B.S.Rao will be available to lodge request for information permissible under Act and he will have right to collect the information from any Technical, Scientific or Administrative Staff of the laboratory which he consider as necessary information for the purpose. |
| The Request for getting information according to act may be applied for by addressing application to the Central Information Officer, NRLC. |
| Dr. Shashi Dhawan, Project Officer and the Head of Office will act as Appellate authority under the provision of the Act |
