1. Manual for Wall Painting Conservators
Although literature on wall paining conservation is available in plenty and a voluminous book has also been written on the subject, a manual for wall painting conservators was lacking. The present instruction manual on wall paining conservation authored by Dr Tej Singh and Atul Kumar Yadav of NRLC, has been written in a lucid language for the use of practicing conservators. While the manual provides step-by-step instructions for conservators to carry out conservation of wall paintings, the fundamentals of causes of deterioration, diagnostic investigations and the conservation treatment, to the extent a conservator is expected to be conversant with, have been incorporated in the manual.

2.Book on Preventive conservation of Museum Materials, by B.V.Kharbade and S.K. Bhatia.
It is a well known fact that prevention is better than cure. If proper care is taken for storage, display, handling, packing and transportation of museum objects, most of the deterioration problems can be avoided. The book deals with the deteriorating factors like humidity, temparature, light and air pollution at length besides the individual museum objects like stone, metals, ceramics, glass, textiles, wood, bone/ivory, fur, feathers and photographic materials.
