TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.     The cover containing quotation should be sealed and super scribed   No.F. 18-20/2011-NRLC Tender/ Quotation for the equipment  and last date of submission of tender is on or before   1.12.2011

2.      Cover  tenders  should be under two bid systems ( Part-1 Technical bid & Part-II price bid) .

3.     Quotation shall be valid at least 90 days from the date of opening of tender.

4.     The equipment should be installed by the firm.

5.     Rectifications of any defects or cracks, etc., noticed during a period of one year from the date of supply shall be the responsibility of the supplying firms at their own cost and risk.

1.     No advance payment shall be made.

2.     Department reserves its right to reject all or any quotation without assigning reason.

3.     Department also reserve the right to put the material into test at least one month from the date of delivery for the satisfaction of the Institute.

4.     The Director, NRLC, reserve the right of refusing and accepting the supply, either in full or part beyond the period of delivery or due to quality being unacceptable.
